GRAPE VARIETIES
Cabernet Sauvignon 40% – Merlot 40% – Cabernet Franc 10% – Semillon 5% – Sauvignon Blanc 5%.
VINIFICATION
Harvested at night, with selective sorting. Direct cold pressing. Very light extraction of the color. Fermentation at 18°C, protected at all stages. Respect for freshness and aromas. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING
“The best of all!”… It has a beautiful, luminous powder pink color and an expressive, complex nose with notes of lemon, peach and flowers. It is a delicate wine with lovely fresh notes of strawberry and orange peel on the finish.
GASTRONOMY
To be drunk on its own on a sunny day, or with a salad, Thai dishes or lobster with orange butter.
AGEING
Drink within 2 years.
