This box is composed of:
– Le Compère 2022 – White: 2022 vintage more sunny than 2021, more structured and more delicious wine with subtle aromas of passion fruit, screw cap for optimal preservation of aromas over time.
Grape varieties: 100% Sauvignon blanc
– Le Compère 2021 – Red: Aromas of red fruits, fresh, tasty fruity on the palate with fine tannins.
Grape varieties: Merlot 80% – Cabernet Sauvignon 15% – Cabernet Franc 5%
– Le Compère Rosé – 2023: Rosé wine with a pretty light salmon color, very aromatic wine on the nose with notes of red fruits and English sweets (amylic), a seductive and round mouth. 12% alcohol.
Grape varieties: 100% Merlot
– L’Alter-Égo 2020 – Rouge: More delicious than the Compère rouge with a greater tannin structure, also a higher concentration that it will deserve to be accompanied by a good meal to be appreciated
Grape varieties: 15% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 60% Merlot
– L’Alter-Égo – 2023: Dry and fruity white wine worked on very mineral notes of pierre à Fusil, rounder in the mouth than the compère, more intense with a nice length on the palate and a nice balance
Grape varieties: 100% Sauvignon blanc
– Le Fantasque – 2023: Slightly sweet white wine (20g/L) which maintains a nice tension which creates a balanced palate. Lemon and white flower aromas
