Perched on the hills of the Côtes de Duras appellation, Domaine du Grand Mayne and its exceptional terroir of 42 hectares, is ideally located for gourmet travelers and wine enthusiasts. At the crossroads of three region, the domain offers the best from Gironde, Lot & Garonne and Dordogne.

Located between Bergerac and Saint-Emilion, Domaine du Grand Mayne is the best kept secret in the region. Winner of the 2018 coup de Coeur of the Best of Wine Tourism Bordeaux 2018, the domain offers much more than luxury accommodation.

Real insight into the charm and character of regional wine making, our two houses are within the vineyard. Surrounded by forests and polyculture, the landscape is rich, diverse and awe-inspiring.

With gastronomy and great times at heart, the Lot & Garonne has an authentic gourmet identity which we love to share. With numerous local producers nearby, our guests are sure to enjoy the best from the region. Staying at Domaine du Grand Mayne is a feast for all senses. Nestled on top of the vineyard, La Maison consists of six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two lounges/sitting rooms, outdoor pool and terrace, games room and outdoor dining area. Comfortably housing 12 adults, La Maison is well equipped: kitchen, laundry, library, TV, sound equipment, fast internet, bicycles, it has all to keep our guests entertained. Close to a renowned golf course, with superb restaurants nearby, La Maison is perfect for a holiday with friends and family. Hot-air balloon may even be organized for the most adventurous! We may provide your own cook for those less keen on self-catering.

Prices (per week)

€3250 for low season (November to March excluding Christmas & New Year)
€3750 for mid-season (April, October, Christmas & New Year)
€4500 for high season (May, June, 1st half July, September)
€5250 for peak season (2nd half July, August)

Throughout the high and peak season, La Maison is available for periods of one week. Half week rentals are available low and mid-season at half the weekly rental cost plus 300 euro.

Refurbished in 2017, La Petite Maison is located in the barn by the entrance of the vineyard. Comfortably accommodating a couple, La Petite Maison provides an intimist experience. Comprising of a hall, kitchen/sitting room, bedroom, luxury bathroom and outside terrace, La Petite Maison is perfect for a stop-over to collect wine or a vacation if La Maison is too big. Charming and full of character, La Petite Maison offers an authentic experience at the door of the vineyard.

La Petite Maison (ideal for 2) is available to rent by the night. If you buy 120 bottles of any of our wines, one night’s stay is on us!
