GRAPE VARIETIES
Merlot 80% – Cabernet Sauvignon 15% – Cabernet Franc 5%.
VINIFICATION
Harvested at night with selective sorting. Selection by plot, pre-fermentation cold maceration. Slow extraction, 18 months maturation in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING
A little more gourmand than the 2018, this vintage impresses with the power of its aromas. A fresh, fruity wine, tasty on the palate with fine tannins.
GASTRONOMY
Aperitifs, charcuterie, fatty fish, paella, red meats.

Drink within 6 years.
