VINIFICATION
24-hour skin maceration, pressing and light settling to allow cold stabilization for one week at 8 degrees, vinification and aging in stainless steel vats on lees for one month with little stirring.
TASTING
White wine worked with very mineral notes of pierre à Fusil, rounder in the mouth than the compère, more intense with a nice length on the palate and a nice balance.
