GRAPE VARIETIES
Cabernet Sauvignon 50% – Merlot 40% – Cabernet Franc 10%.
VINIFICATION
Harvested at night with selective sorting. Selection by plot, pre-fermentation cold maceration. Long maceration / 12 months maceration in barrels (1/4 new). Vegan product.
TASTING
For the first year at Domaine du Grand Mayne, Cabernet Sauvignon reached 50% of the blend. The stars were aligned for this vintage. The weather was perfect and our beautiful mosaic of terroirs gave us rich, balanced berries for one of the best Reserve Reds ever made. Beautiful complexity and texture, a wine that shines.
