Harvested at night, with selective sorting. Direct cold pressing. Very light extraction of the color.
Fermentation at 14°C, protected at all stages. Freshness and aromas respected. Aged in stainless steel tanks. 12% alcohol.
TASTING
Dry and light rosé wine with a pretty light salmon color, very aromatic wine on the nose with notes of red fruits and cotton candy, a seductive and round mouth.
GASTRONOMY
Salad, Thai dishes, marinated salmon, tapas.
