VINIFICATION
Night harvests from press wines with 24-hour skin maceration, vinification in stainless steel vats, natural residual sugars from the grapes (no added sugar), alcohol content: 10%, low production (3500 bottles).
TASTING
Slightly sweet white wine (20g/L) which maintains a nice tension which creates a balanced palate. Lemon and white flower aromas.
